Every now and then you come across a company that gives outstanding service, you will say cheers, thanks guys and maybe even tell your mates, if you remember.
Well I thought that the club members and anyone else that happens across our web site might be interested to hear of my recent experience with Wheels Motorcycles of Peterborough.
In October 2011 I purchased from Wheels a Kawasaki Versys 650, with the purchase were a number of peices of paper, warranties etc. etc., you know, most of it gets filed and forgotten about.
The salesman Paul G told me that one of the many USPs (Unique Selling Proposition) of Wheels was their “Life Time Warranty”, Yeah OK, all you have to do is have us service the bike at least once a year (ensuring all the services are done as required).
No problem thinks I, as I believe in having my machines serviced at the begining of the season anyway.
So four years later, the alternator stator, decided to go into meltdown. Damn. Here we go I thought, I did some checking around, £350 to fix it, time for a call to Wheels, No problem said the service guy, bring it down, we’ll check it out, and repair it.
A week later I got a call from Wheels, “Your bike is ready Mr White”, how much is the damage to my wallet I asked? “Nothing” came the reply.
Wheels Life Time Warranty, is it worth it? Oh yes it surely is.
Would I recommend Wheels? I surely would.
Thanks to the guys at Wheels Motorcycles of Peterborough.
No I have no connection with them other than as a very satisfied customer.
